• your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
• any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Website.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled primarily through amicable negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, it shall be finally settled by the competent courts of Romania.

You agree that any cause of action arising out of or related to the Website must commence within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred.
